Supplies:
Styrofoam Head
White Glue
Water
4 Sheets of Paper
2 Bowls
Clear Paint or Glaze
2 Paint Brushes
Rip up some paper of Choice and place in one Bowl with Water and get all paper Wet
In the other Bowl put about 1/2 the glue in it with a few teaspoons of water. You do not want it to be to thin so if needed put more glue in.
Take out a piece of paper and remove excess water. place on head and paint on the glue mixture. Start at the top of the head and work around.
Cover all the head then go over and add any little spots that got missed. Let dry then Paint on the Glaze or Clear Paint and Ta~Da you have a great new head.
